Service Agreement

ACF Dumpsters agrees to provide Dumpster rental and waste removal services as per the agreed specifications. You agree to utilize the services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Rental Period and Usage

Dumpster rentals are typically available for minimum periods as specified in your contract. Excessive or improper use may incur additional charges or service suspension.

Delivery and Pickup

We shall coordinate delivery and pickup times based on your schedule. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Prohibited Materials

Certain hazardous or illegal materials are strictly prohibited from disposal in our dumpsters. Violations will result in additional fees and potential legal action.

Damage and Liability

Clients are responsible for any damages caused during dumpster placement or removal. ACF Dumpsters is liable only for damages resulting from our negligence.

Payment Terms

All services are payable as per the agreed invoice. Late payments may incur penalties, and service may be suspended until accounts are settled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in your contract.

Force Majeure

ACF Dumpsters is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any modifications.
